Sale price£45.00

This set of 2 tumbler glasses are handcrafted from recycled glass and mouth-blown into these gorgeous glasses in white (clear) colored glass with swirls of turquoise. Using ancient Phoenician techniques by swirling metal on the fire-hot glasses, the artisan creates this style that looks like paint in beautiful teals on clear glass but are in fact brass and silver swirled on.

Tawfiq Netsha is a generational glass blower who learned his craft from his father and his grandfather before him. Their family has a glass factory in Hebron that goes back 500 years. After seeing images of ancient Phoenician glass, he spent 20 years learning and perfecting this technique through trial and error.

*Each piece is one of a kind with its own swirls and color distribution.
