Handmade Palestine at the World Trade Summit 2024: September 17-20

We’re excited to announce that Handmade Palestine will be attending the World Trade Summit 2024 this month in Cape Town, South Africa! This summit is a major event in the fair trade calendar, bringing together businesses, artisans, and activists from around the globe who are committed to ethical trade practices and sustainable development. For those of us who believe in the power of fair trade, it’s a must-attend event that helps shape the future of global commerce.

The World Trade Summit is more than just an opportunity to network—it’s a platform to share ideas, inspire change, and collaborate with others who share our passion for making trade fairer and more inclusive. It’s also a chance to showcase the incredible work of artisans like those we partner with at Handmade Palestine, who pour their hearts into every product they create.

While we’re in Cape Town, we’re teaming up with Halaal Hub and Cape Town Halaal for a special event on Monday, September 16. One of our talented artisans will be joining us for an intimate conversation about their craft, the challenges they face, and the importance of fair trade in their life. A unique opportunity to hear firsthand about the artistry behind our products and the deep cultural significance they hold.
