Refund and Return Policy
Your experience with Handmade Palestine is very important to us. We are sorry there is an issue with your order and we appreciate the chance to help. Please first read the following guidelines before contacting us by email.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We ask you to package it carefully because the condition we receive it in must be like the original condition. Please write your order number on the package.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). We cannot refund the shipping costs as those are paid to the shipping carrier.
Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned and refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
Missing or Lost Packages
We are happy to replace missing or lost packages. Once you notify us and we confirm it is lost or was not delivered, we will file a claim with our shipping insurance. You are required to fill in a verification form and confirm that you did not receive your package. Typically within 3 days of your verification, we will process a new order to replace the package. Please note we can only file claims 20 days after US packages were shipped and 40 days after international packages were shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will either process a refund or send you store credit if your return is eligible.
Refunds are issued for the item price, less shipping costs. If you were sent and used a return shipping label from us, the cost of that return shipping label will also be deducted from your refund amount.
If a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive an automated email and from that time your bank may take up to 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at hello@handmadepalestine.com with your order number.
If your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask you to provide clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label so that we can file a claim with the carrier. We may also provide you with a link to complete a brief affidavit confirming that the item was damaged in transit.
Shipping
We will cover the shipping costs in case the error was from our end and email you a label. Otherwise you are expected to cover the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund if we send a label.
For international orders you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we can only refund or replace items we receive.
