This year, we hadn’t planned to create Ramadan Gift Boxes. The reality is that producing them requires an enormous amount of labour, upfront cost, and emotional strain, with no guarantee they will sell through. For a small, values-led organisation, that risk can directly affect our ability to sustain livelihoods and continue our work with Palestinian artisans.

But the artisans insisted. They wanted these boxes to exist. So instead of curating them alone, we came together and collaborated on an entirely new design for Ramadan 2026, created collectively with the makers themselves. Together, we made a bold decision to go big.
