Adopt an Olive Tree—A Living Gift of Heritage & Hope

In Palestine, the olive tree stands as an enduring emblem of resilience, rooted in ancestral land and nourished by hands across generations. From its branches, we harvest olives for meals, press oil that sustains us throughout the year, craft soaps from the residue, and carve utensils from the pruned wood—each part symbolizing stewardship and patience.

Through our enduring partnership with Mashjar Juthour—a vital eco-initiative spreading across more than four acres of heritage land near Ramallah—we’ve seen the power of planting and caring for native trees as more than cultivation—it’s preservation of identity and community alongside environmental education.

Join the Journey—Adopt a Tree

We warmly invite you to adopt an olive tree at Mashjar Juthour and become a steward of this living legacy. Throughout the year, our dedicated team lovingly cares for each tree—pruning, fertilizing, and preparing it for the rich harvest to come.

But adopting an olive tree is about more than cultivation—it’s about connection. It’s a deeply personal gesture, whether made in memory of someone dear or in celebration of a meaningful moment. When you adopt, you give a gift rooted in intention, love, and lasting impact.

In return for your adoption:

You’ll receive half a kilogram of traditionally hand-fermented olives, and

A half-liter of cold-pressed olive oil from your tree’s harvest.

This is not just a gift—it’s a living connection to the land, made possible thanks to your ongoing support.

A Unique Gift with Heart and Roots

Whether honoring a loved one or celebrating a meaningful occasion, adopting a tree offers something beautifully unlike any store-bought gift—a living symbol of remembrance, rooted in culture, hope, and shared stewardship.

A certificate can accompany your adoption, marking this special gift; and come December or January, the fruits of your tree arrive at your doorstep—fertile, fragrant, and filled with purpose.

Why Your Tree Matters

Cultural Resilience: Olive trees are the lifeblood of Palestinian heritage—symbols of steadfastness and connection to our land. Their preservation is a peaceful form of resistance and remembrance.

Ecological Heritage: These groves are more than orchards—they’re habitats. Supporting Mashjar Juthour means nurturing Palestine’s biodiversity and educating future stewards of the earth.

Community Empowerment: Your support reinforces not only the olive tree but also the artisans, farmers, and caregivers whose livelihoods and traditions you uphold.
