To get started, you’ll need:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 tbsp za’atar blend
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic cloves, za’atar blend, salt, pepper, and chicken thighs. Rub the mixture into the chicken.
- Place the chicken into an oven-safe dish and cook for 45 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy with rice or your favorite side dish!
