Our artisans are living through this. These aren't anonymous faces in a news report. They're the ceramic painters in Hebron, the women stitching Tatreez, the families who have spent generations preserving Palestinian craft. When violence escalates, many can't reach their workshops, receive materials or sell their work. Every day without work is another day without income.

And yet they keep creating. Their craft is more than a livelihood. It's heritage, identity and resilience.

Among the most heartbreaking stories are those involving children. Schools should be places of safety and learning, yet many Palestinian children face blocked roads, military checkpoints and attacks that make simply getting to school a frightening experience.

And lets not forget the many children who are kidnapped from their own streets and taken to Israeli prisons without a trial in court for what? Throwing a stone??

Daily torture and abuse of thousands of innocent Palestinians at the hands of Israeli soldiers.

While we witness these horrors through our phones and television screens, Palestinian families are living them every day. It can leave us feeling powerless, but supporting Palestinian artisans is one way we can stand with them.
